Twin Mountain Inn & Suites

Loved the location. We always come for the spring and fall Rod Run and this is a perfect location for it. You are in the middle of everything but far enough away from the main road to be able to relax and not hear the traffic going by. We love sitting on the balcony and hearing the little river going by. We stayed in the king suite room and it was so big! We have a toddler, so there was plenty of room for her to run around and play with her toys. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice and the room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. We will definitely be staying here next time we come! The pool was also nice!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a note and some sweet decorations waiting for us in our room. The room was quite large with a nice balcony that overlooked a creek and a fireplace. We really liked the double sinks; it allowed us each (I traveled with my husband) our own space to get ready for the day. The hotel grounds were quiet and peaceful, and it was close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge. While the hotel was older than others in the area, it was very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

this hotel was amazing. we had a great time. loved the balconies overlooking the water, the wildlife, and the mountain views. on a quiet mountain town street. room is very big and has a fireplace as well. room was cleaned and replenished every morning. breakfast was very good. the two front desk men staff we met were very kind and very helpful. this might be my favorite location i have booked, and would definitely book again. very close to gatlinburg/pigeon forge/smoky mountains/ and dollywood. also extra plus that they are very dog friendly, my pup had a blast !

Clean, very spacious, comfortable, and close to everything! The staff was very nice. Eggs, sausage, one other hot item, waffles, fruit, pastries, cereal, and others at breakfast. The small room refrigerator actually kept things very cold, unlike other hoyels that provide a beverage cooler. The sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom was very useful. The bathroom was big, which was also helpful multiple people getting ready at the same time.

Location and cleanliness! Very clean Hotel! Great staff! Very nice hotel and rooms! Loved the nice open walk-in showers vs tub shower combos! I also appreciate the elevators as I can’t do stairs any longer. I love that all the rooms were balcony rooms overlooking the Pigeon River. Thankful for non-smoking rooms as well. I appreciate that we didn’t have to smell smoke all weekend. Another added and awesome amenity was the fireplace! Extra nice and so cozy!
